Approved Partner Booking

Submit private booking requests for approved B2B partners, including experience selection, dates, participants and payment options.

Booking Flow

  1. Select the experience from the B2B booking options below.
  2. Submit the preferred date, number of participants and operational notes.
  3. 3GREENFORCE confirms availability and final conditions.
  4. The partner completes either full payment or 30% deposit.
  5. The remaining balance must be settled up to 48 hours before the experience.

Booking Rules

B2B booking requests should preferably be submitted with at least 72 hours notice. Confirmation is subject to partner availability, logistics, payment validation and the operational requirements of each experience.

Experiences are only considered confirmed after written validation by 3GREENFORCE and payment according to the agreed booking option.
