3GREENFORCE – Transportes e Turismo, Lda. provides private transportation services, private transfers, curated experiences and related hospitality services, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Bookings and Payments

A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon full payment of the amount displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure and certified payment platforms.

3GREENFORCE reserves the right to refuse, amend or cancel any booking in the event of operational unavailability, manifest technical error, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2. Nature of the Services

All services offered by 3GREENFORCE are private in nature and remain subject to final operational validation.

Travel times, routes, luggage capacity, traffic conditions, weather conditions, local restrictions and special requirements may affect the execution of the service.

Where necessary, the 3GREENFORCE team may propose reasonable operational adjustments in order to ensure safety, comfort and logistical feasibility.

3. Luggage and Special Equipment

Excess luggage, oversized items, sports equipment, additional child seats or any special requirements must be communicated in advance.

Should the information provided at the time of booking not accurately reflect the actual requirements of the service, additional charges may apply and/or a change of vehicle may be required.

4. Children and Child Restraint Systems

The transportation of children is carried out in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation.

At the time of booking, clients must accurately indicate:

• number of children

• ages

• heights

Failure to provide accurate information may prevent the service from being performed under the conditions initially booked.

5. Waiting Times and Amendments

Waiting times exceeding those included in the booked service may give rise to additional charges.

Additional stops, route deviations, schedule changes or any modifications requested after confirmation of the booking may require a revision of the original price.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.

In cases of force majeure, accidents, governmental restrictions, extreme weather conditions or serious operational impediments, 3GREENFORCE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

3GREENFORCE shall not be held liable for:

• delays caused by traffic conditions, accidents or public authorities;

• missed flights, trains or events resulting from circumstances beyond its control;

• personal belongings left inside vehicles;

• inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.
