Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in experiences curated and operated by 3GREENFORCE.
By confirming a booking, participants acknowledge and accept the following conditions.
Bookings and Confirmation
All experiences are subject to availability and require prior confirmation by the 3GREENFORCE team.
Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and operational validation has been completed.
Prices and Inclusions
Prices vary according to the selected experience, number of participants and operational requirements.
Specific inclusions and exclusions are detailed within each experience description.
Unless otherwise stated, personal expenses and items not expressly mentioned are not included.
Private Experiences
All experiences are privately operated and designed to provide a more personalised and meaningful connection with the destination.
Operational details may vary according to seasonality, partner availability and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 3GREENFORCE.
Changes and Cancellations
Requests for changes should be communicated as early as possible and remain subject to operational availability.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the experience and the commitments already assumed with operational partners.
Whenever possible, the 3GREENFORCE team will seek suitable alternatives.
Timings and Meeting Points
Participants are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time.
Definitive timings, meeting points and operational instructions will be communicated prior to the experience by the 3GREENFORCE team.
Partners and Responsibilities
3GREENFORCE experiences are delivered in collaboration with carefully selected wineries, accommodation partners, restaurants, museums, cultural institutions, maritime tourism operators, transportation providers and other specialised partners.
Each partner remains responsible for the services provided directly to participants, in accordance with applicable legislation and their respective operating conditions.
3GREENFORCE acts as the curator, coordinator and overall operator of the experiences, seeking to ensure high standards of quality, authenticity and safety.
3GREENFORCE shall not be held responsible for delays, alterations, limitations or failures resulting from the actions of third parties, adverse weather conditions, accidents, strikes, traffic disruptions, legal restrictions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Participants are responsible for complying with the instructions provided by the 3GREENFORCE team and the partners involved, while maintaining appropriate and respectful conduct throughout the experience.
Participation in the experiences assumes that guests are in suitable physical and health conditions to undertake the activities involved.
Force Majeure
Events beyond the reasonable control of 3GREENFORCE, including adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural events or other exceptional circumstances, may require changes to the programme.
Whenever possible, suitable alternatives will be proposed.
