Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability confirmation and operational validation by the 3GREENFORCE team and local partners.
Experiences are designed for private travellers, small groups and selected hospitality partners seeking authentic and curated programmes across Northern Portugal.
Payment Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment according to the applicable commercial conditions.
Payment methods and schedules may vary depending on the experience, group size and specific partner agreements.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure:
- Full refund.
Between 15 and 30 days before departure:
- 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure:
- No refund.
Date changes may be possible subject to availability and operational confirmation.
Private Programmes
Tailor-made programmes, corporate events and private experiences may be subject to specific commercial agreements and bespoke cancellation conditions.
Operational Conditions
- Minimum recommended participation: 2 guests.
- Recommended capacity: 2 to 8 guests.
- Larger groups available upon request.
- Experiences operate in English and Portuguese.
- Additional languages may be available upon request.
- Door-to-door transportation can be arranged.
- Programmes are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Confidentiality
Commercial information, operating procedures and rates shared through the 3GREENFORCE Partner Library are intended exclusively for approved partners.
Distribution or disclosure to third parties is not permitted without prior written authorization from 3GREENFORCE.
